Case Manager – Family Support Program

Full time position available for Case Manager at the Family Support and Resource Center.  This job involves direct work with Dane County families who have children with disabilities.  Responsibilities include advocacy, problem-solving, information and referral, short and long range planning, and management of various funding sources on behalf of children, as well as other tasks related to case management.

Qualifications include Master’s degree in social work, special education or related field, plus at least two years experience working with families who have children with disabilities. Bachelor’s degree acceptable with related experience.  Must have excellent communication, team building and advocacy skills, and knowledge of Dane County resources. Spanish language fluency desirable.  Car required.
