
NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: We are very excited to announce that as of June 23, Kari Mork has been hired as Executive Director at the Family Support and Resource Center. Kari has worked at FSRC for the past 15 years as both a Case Manager and then the Case Manager Supervisor. She brings wonderful experience, enthusiasm, and knowledge to her new position. CLTS UPDATES:
NEW CLTS PROGRAM HANDBOOK AVAILABLE FOR FAMILIES: The Children’s Long-Term Support Program Participant and Family Handbook is now available. It provides family-friendly guidance on accessing CLTS Program supports and services, understanding program rights, planning for important transitions, and more. An online version is available in English, Spanish, and Hmong. Families will receive printed copies in the mail.
The CLTS Family Webpage has been updated to provide you with the information you need to know to fully understand and access the program. Families who are enrolled or are interested in learning about the program can find information about CLTS Updates and Resources

CONTACT REQUIREMENTS FOR FAMILIES RECEIVING CLTS
Case Managers are required to maintain regular contact with families. The minimum required contacts for this service include all of the following:
Monthly: at least one collateral or family reciprocal contact
Every 3 months: direct contact with the family
Every 6 months: face-to-face contact with the family and child
Annually: at least one of the face-to-face contacts is required to take place at the participant and family’s place of residence.
